Registration of Delegates from Abroad

Registration process includes: 1. Payment. For overseas delegates with an appropriate credit card (Master, Visa or American Express) 2. Complete registration form (a separate form for each delegate or accompanying person).

Registration of Delegates from India

The registration process involves 2 steps viz. Payment and Submission of registration form.

Guidelines for Registration
  • Complete the payment (payment details are required to be filled in the registration form).
  • Fill out the registration form online (mandatory for payment made by any of the options).
  • Registration forms submitted without completion of payment will not be processed.
  • Single registration form is required for participation and accommodation. Payment can also be deposited together but the details should be clearly mentioned in the registration form.
  • Registration may be completed by online payment through Credit/Debit Card using Payment Gateway or Direct Net Banking/ Bank Transfer (NEFT), OR by Demand Draft. Payment in cash/cheque is not acceptable.
  • Delegates willing to pay online using Credit/Debit card will have to pay additional Payment Gateway/administrative charges which will be added to the standard registration charges online. Receipt will be given for the standard amount only and not for administrative charges.
  • Filled registration form should be submitted only after depositing the payment by online mode/bank transfer. Registration form submitted without payment details will not be accepted.
  • After submission of form online, print form and send it along with the Bank Draft, registered post only, to Dr Ajay Pandey, National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute, Sector-81 (Knowledge City), S.A.S. Nagar,Mohali-140306, India (required only for payment by demand draft).
  • Participants who wish to make the payment through a Demand Draft will need to furnish full details of the draft on the registration form at the time of registration (at the suitable location in the form on the website). The Demand Draft should be made in the favor of National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute and payable at SAS, Nagar, Mohali branch
  • Registration will be confirmed only on receipt of payment/realization of bank draft. After online submission, print form and send it along with the cheque/draft to the Symposium Secretariat by registered post.
  • The delegates will get online and email acknowledgements on successful submission of the registration form.
